Job Description
A market manager is needed to work at the company's location on Medina Street in Amman. Responsibilities include full supervision of daily market operations, monitoring departmental and staff performance, and tracking sales and inventory.
Core Requirements
• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Management or related field
• Minimum 5 years of experience in market, mall, or retail management
• Excellent proficiency in English
• Strong experience in managing daily market operations and supervising departments
• Experience in sales, purchasing, and inventory management
• Experience in leading teams and achieving targets
• Strong customer service, problem-solving, and complaint-handling skills
• Ability to analyze sales and inventory and prepare reports
