Job Description
Seeking an experienced Soft Services Manager to lead large-scale Facilities Management operations in Jordan, overseeing cleaning, housekeeping, waste management, workforce performance, quality assurance, and client satisfaction.
Core Requirements
• Bachelor's degree in Facilities Management, Business Administration, Operations Management, or a related field
• Minimum 7 years of relevant experience in Facilities Management or Soft Services Management
• Proven experience managing large-scale projects and substantial operational workforces
• Strong leadership, managerial, client relationship, and decision-making skills
• Practical knowledge of cleaning, housekeeping, and other soft services operations
• Fluency in Arabic and English, both written and spoken
