Senior Procurement Officer

• Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Industrial Engineering, or any related field from an accredited university. • 5–10 years of procurement experience, preferably in industrial EPC, construction, or manufacturing sectors. • Strong experience in technical procurement, supplier management, and contract negotiations. • Knowledge of international shipping, customs clearance, Incoterms. • Proficiency in ERP systems and excellent English and Arabic communication skills.
