Job Description
A leading Jordanian group in the home appliances, electronics, and modern home solutions sector is looking for a Senior HR Specialist with experience in HR operations, payroll, labor law, social security, HRIS, talent acquisition, and performance management.
Core Requirements
• 5–7 years of HR experience
• Strong exposure in HR Operations & Payroll
• Knowledge of Labor Law & Social Security
• Experience with HRIS
• Background in Talent Acquisition and Performance & Talent Management
• Experience with Kayan HR System is a plus
• Previous experience in the same industry or retail sector is a plus
