Regional & Franchise Manager

• Proven experience in restaurant operations/multi-branch management, ideally in a franchise model. • Mid-to-senior management (min. 5–8 years, depending on company scale). • Strong analytical and financial acumen. • Willingness to travel across the region. • Excellent communication, leadership, and team motivation skills. • Solid grasp of franchise models, contracts, operational standards, and brand quality. • Strong local network and market knowledge. • Excellent command of English (reading, writing, speaking).
