Quality Assurance & Operational Control Officer

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Operations, Accounting, or a related field • 4–6 years of experience in Quality Assurance, Operations Control, Compliance, or related fields • Strong hands-on experience in tenders and contract management (mandatory) • Experience in operational monitoring including fleet/vehicle tracking systems, fuel monitoring, cost control, and compliance reporting • Strong analytical, Excel, and reporting skills • High attention to detail and ability to identify operational risks and discrepancies • Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple priorities • Strong communication and coordination skills across departments • Preferred: Experience in car rental, transportation, logistics, or fleet operations, as well as government or corporate tenders and contract lifecycle management
