Job Description
We are hiring an Oracle Fusion HCM Consultant to join our team in Amman. Responsibilities include supporting implementation and configuration projects, assisting in gathering requirements and documentation, and participating in testing and user support.
Core Requirements
• Fresh graduate with a Bachelor's degree in Software Engineering, Business Administration, Information Systems, or Computer Science
• Must have completed Oracle Fusion HCM training courses
• Basic understanding of HR processes and the employee lifecycle
• Strong analytical, communication, and problem-solving skills
• Passionate about building a career in Oracle Fusion HCM Consulting
• Jordanian nationals only
