Job Description
We are hiring an Oracle Fusion HCM Consultant to join our team in Amman, Jordan. Responsibilities include configuring and supporting Oracle Fusion HCM modules, participating in implementation projects, gathering business requirements, and preparing functional documents.
Core Requirements
• 3+ years of experience in Oracle HCM or HR systems
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Business Administration, or Information Systems
• Good understanding of HR processes and the employee lifecycle
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Jordanian nationals only
