Job Description
We are looking for a motivated Junior ERP Specialist to support our ERP system users and keep daily operations running smoothly, including troubleshooting issues, assisting with master data maintenance, supporting system testing, and preparing reports and dashboards.
Core Requirements
• Bachelor's degree in IT, MIS, Computer Science, or a related field
• 6 months to 1 year of experience in ERP support; fresh graduates are welcome
• SAP Business One experience or training is preferred
• Basic understanding of finance, sales, purchasing, and inventory processes
• Basic knowledge of SAP HANA, Microsoft Excel, Power BI, and Crystal Reports
• Strong communication skills and attention to detail
• Willingness to learn and grow in a fast-paced environment
