Job Description
The Sultan Center is looking for an IT Support Officer to support retail operations by providing technical support to store teams and head office employees. Duties include troubleshooting computers, printers, networks, and POS systems, as well as installing and maintaining hardware and software.
Core Requirements
• Diploma or bachelor's degree in IT, Computer Science, or a related field
• 0–2 years of experience — fresh graduates are welcome to apply
• Basic knowledge of Windows, Microsoft Office, networking, and troubleshooting
• Knowledge of POS systems or retail IT is an advantage
• Good communication, teamwork, and problem-solving skills
• Willingness to travel between stores when required
