IT Support Employee

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience with a professional certificate. • Minimum 3 years of experience in IT support or systems administration. • Hands-on experience in networks, servers, backups, and user device management. • Knowledge of ERP/CRM systems support and user access management. • Fluency in Arabic and English. • Ability to troubleshoot and resolve hardware, software, and network issues. • Awareness of information security and data integrity concepts. • Organization and commitment to following up on technical support requests. • Ability to communicate clearly with non-technical users. • Commitment, responsibility, and quick response time.
