Job Description
A metal furniture and manufacturing company in North Marka is hiring a Factory Supervisor to oversee daily production operations, manage factory workflow, and ensure quality and occupational safety standards.
Core Requirements
• Essential requirement: experience in metal furniture and manufacturing
• Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering or a related field
• Experience supervising factory production operations
• Knowledge of administrative and organizational aspects, and team management
• Ability to plan, oversee production, and achieve quality and productivity targets
• Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills
• Proficiency in computer software and report writing
• Age between 35 and 40 years old
