A leading company in the FMCG and food manufacturing sector is seeking an HR Manager. Responsibilities include leading and developing the HR system, operations, and policies to suit an industrial and factory work environment.
Core Requirements
• 20 to 25 years of practical experience in human resources
• Strong and direct experience in the FMCG / Food Manufacturing sector
• Leadership experience in managing HR teams and operations
• Advanced familiarity with HR Operations, Recruitment, Payroll, Employee Relations, and policies and procedures
• High ability to handle factory and production environments and workforce management
• Advanced leadership, analytical, and decision-making skills
