General Foreman

• Minimum 8 years of experience in construction and real estate projects. • Practical experience in field supervision of construction and finishing works. • Experience in following up with work teams and contractors, and organizing daily tasks. • Ability to monitor work progress and ensure execution according to approved plans and specifications. • Ability to monitor execution quality and address site notes. • Experience in coordinating between various work teams and contractors. • Good follow-up, organization, and field problem-solving skills. • Ability to prepare periodic reports on work progress. • Previous experience in housing or real estate projects is preferred.
