Factory Supervisor

• Mandatory experience in industries and metal furniture • Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering or a related field • Experience in supervising production operations inside factories • Familiarity with administrative, organizational aspects and team management • Ability to plan and supervise production and achieve quality and productivity goals • Good problem-solving and decision-making skills • Proficiency in using computer programs and preparing reports • Age between 35 and 40 years
