Job Description
We are seeking an Engineering Section Head to successfully implement engineering projects, improve machinery, and maintain automatic and semi-automatic pharmaceutical manufacturing machines. The role involves managing budgets, leading and training the department team, supervising preventive and corrective maintenance operations, and ensuring compliance with cGMP and safety procedures.
Core Requirements
• 5-7 years of experience in pharmaceutical industries, at least 2 years in a supervision role.
• BSc. in Mechanical or Mechatronics Engineering from a reputable university (MBA is a plus).
• Excellent computer skills in MS Excel and Word & comprehensive knowledge of AutoCAD.
• Fluent in English.
• Leadership and motivational skills.
