Job Description
A Jordanian company specializing in vending and coffee machines is seeking a Digital Operations & Automation Officer in Amman. Responsibilities include developing internal applications, managing employee tasks and performance, and utilizing AI tools for business automation.
Core Requirements
• Previous practical experience within companies, preferably 2-5 years.
• Good experience or knowledge in programming and application/system development.
• Proficiency in using Replit, Claude, ChatGPT, and similar AI tools.
• Ability to understand business procedures and convert them into practical systems and applications.
• Experience in dealing with employees, tracking tasks, performance, and KPIs.
• Organized, proactive, fast-learning personality capable of problem-solving and independent follow-up.
• Good English language skills.
