Job Description
A central kitchen is seeking a Cost Accountant to establish the financial and accounting system, prepare the chart of accounts, and manage product costing and financial controls.
Core Requirements
• Previous relevant experience in hotels or major restaurants
• Strong experience in cost accounting and product costing
• Ability to build and organize the financial and accounting system from scratch
• Ability to prepare and construct a Chart of Accounts suitable for kitchen operations
• Experience in establishing financial procedures and accounting controls
