Job Description
A leading bank in Jordan is seeking a Collections Manager for its Irbid branch to lead the collections team, execute recovery strategies, and oversee daily operations and performance metrics.
Core Requirements
• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Business Administration, Accounting, or a related field
• 5+ years of experience in collections, preferably within the banking sector
• Previous managerial or supervisory experience
• Strong leadership, negotiation, communication, and analytical skills
• Strong knowledge of collection and recovery procedures
