Job Description
Jordan Airline Training & Simulation (JATS) is seeking a Business Development Manager to identify, develop, and secure new business opportunities supporting the company's growth and strategic objectives. The role focuses on expanding the client base, strengthening relationships, and promoting training and simulation services regionally and internationally.
Core Requirements
• Bachelor's degree in industrial engineering or a master's degree in business administration (MBA), or an equivalent relevant qualification.
• Minimum 7 years of relevant experience in business development, marketing, or a related field.
• Experience in aviation, airline training, or simulation is preferred.
• Strong communication, presentation, negotiation, and relationship-management skills.
• Fluent in English.
