Business Development Engineer

• 2–4 years of relevant experience in business development and proposal preparation in the engineering field • Experience in preparing EOIs and Technical proposals for donor-funded projects financed by international financial institutions and development agencies • Proven experience in business development activities, ideally within engineering, construction, or infrastructure sectors • Effective communication skills to represent the firm and engage with internal and external stakeholders • Bachelor’s degree in engineering (architecture, civil engineering or similar) • Proficiency in MS Office, with familiarity in Adobe InDesign and CRM tools • Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple opportunities simultaneously • Fluency in both English and Arabic is required
