Job Description
Observer is looking for a Female Business Development professional to join their team in Amman, Jordan, to identify new business opportunities, manage the sales pipeline, conduct market research, and present the company's security, automation, and IoT solutions.
Core Requirements
• 5–6 years of proven experience in Business Development, Sales, or Account Management
• Experience in technology, security, IoT, or end-to-end solutions is highly preferred
• Excellent communication, analytical, and customer relationship management skills
• Bachelor's degree in business, Marketing, Engineering, or a related field
• Fluent in English
• Amman residence only and must be able to work on-site
