Job Description
Seeking a Female Finance Assistant to manage retail store expenses, vendor invoice workflows, PO processes in OFIN, Sales and COGS reconciliations, and petty cash management.
Core Requirements
• Female candidates only
• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field
• Minimum 2+ years of experience in retail or multi-site accounting
• Hands-on experience with Oracle Financials (OFIN), specifically PO and Invoice modules
• Strong Excel skills, including Pivot Tables and VLOOKUPs
• High numerical accuracy and strong attention to detail
• Excellent ability to verify receipts, quotations, and financial documents
• Good communication skills and ability to communicate clearly with vendors
